Nerf Rayven Integrated Flashlight Mod by shoangore Nerf Rayven Integrated Flashlight Mod by shoangore
Purchased a Nerf Rayven for a 24 hour survival event. Already had the Assault Trooper and Nerf Rampage (old version) but thought the Rayven would be fun to try out.

Ended up liking it a lot.
-Added a picatinny rail to the top of the nerf-spec rails, which allowed me to properly mount a pair of Magpul MBUS sights.
(I have since switched them out for a holo sight, will be easier target acquisition during the night)
-300 Lumen flashlight with custom on/off switch. This was a fun one, I created a custom dummy battery that ran wires to a side-mounted on/off switch and an externally mounted battery holder (Originally the flashlight takes 1.5V AA batteries, I instead opted for a 3V CR123A, which is housed inside of a glue-stick!) Externally placed so it can be swapped out when needed.
-Higher voltage (2x 14500 batteries) - can now fire accurately with holo sight past 30 feet, negligible loss in range during rapid-fire.
-Added quick-release 6-dart clip holder for when I'm reloading the drum.

I keep wondering, and searched for a while, but cannot find it. Can you tell me where you got that pouch holding the six round mag from? Or at least the brand.

I am really digging that light integration - clean switch and installation - the external battery for ease of access is ingenious. Clean paint, Real Picatinny, Magpul sights - Awesome job all around.
